Technical information about our equipment
Photovoltaic system: High efficiency pedestal type transformer with low losses in the core and its windings, with 1 or 2 low voltage secondaries, with protections, sectioning and pre-molded medium voltage connectors for 200 A in 15 series and 34.5 KV in powers up to 4MVA;
used in photovoltaic system applications for the generation of electrical energy. By using the bidirectional meter, the transformer can be used as a step-down (high voltage/low voltage) when there is no photovoltaic generation;
In this application the transformer takes the medium voltage mains power and transforms it to low voltage levels to power secondary circuits and loads;
When there is photovoltaic generation, the transformer behaves as a step-up (low voltage/high voltage) taking the low voltage voltage delivered by the photovoltaic system in order to raise the voltage and feed main medium voltage circuits or deliver surpluses to the main network.
High efficiency open dry type transformer with low losses in the core and its windings, with 1 or 2 low voltage secondaries, in powers up to 4 MVA and series voltage of 15 and 36 KV; used in photovoltaic system applications for the generation of electrical energy.
